Through the symbolic visual language of Darnell Kirkwood, this "Solo" exhibition invites viewers to reflect on the gardens that have shaped them, the people who have watered their growth, the experiences that have strengthened their roots, and the sources of energy that have guided them toward their own self discovery. Sunday Flowers is a celebration of the human experience and reminder that we are all seeds in motion, continuously unfolding through the wisdom, care, and connections that allow us to flourish together.

Darnell "Solo" Kirkwood
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Darnell “Solo” Kirkwood is a Los Angeles based multidisciplinary artist whose practice explores the intersections of symbolism, storytelling, and human connection. Through his evolving visual language of “Solo Symbols,” Kirkwood transforms personal experiences, cultural memory, and shared emotions into a universal dialogue, inviting viewers to discover meaning beyond words through a visual world where symbols carry stories, memories hold wisdom, and connection becomes a bridge between individual experiences.
